Habitat: Dense fungal groves and overgrown ruins. You will find their cocoons in deep wooded or mossy areas.
The cocoons in Mothifornia have been abundant this year, with a plenty of new varieties emerging every week. The Pestilentia rarely flies far from its nesting grounds but large groups will often gather near decaying landmarks. When threatened, the moth will shed fine emerald scales that cling to clothing and skin but it is harmless outside of some spore growth where it lands.
